In case of found any damaged or faulty items during taking delivery from our own delivery person, customer have to make a complain against it within that day. We will take back that item and send another within 05days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In that Case Customer have to pay the two way shipping Cost.
Change of Mind is not applicable for return and refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In case of any return is granted From us customer have to take the same item as purchased before. If we are unable to provide the same thing then we may offer any upgrade or downgrade item in exchange with additional payment.
